Cotgrave Ju-jitsu Club is part of the World Ju-Jitsu Federation (WJJF). Our Club times are fridays 7.00pm - 8.30pm & Sundays 10.00am - 11.30am.
We take junior or senior students from the age of 6. You first lesson is free so come and give it a go.
