Very bad workmanship and unprofessional

The worst experience I have had with Adam. I would not recommend even my worst enemy to get any work done by Adam. I initially instructed Adam to replace my roof as I have been having issued with it. So I was looking around for a trustworthy roofer and I thought that might be Adam, but I was completely wrong. Adam left half the job and there were broken tiles and a huge gap left between my roof and my neighbours roof. When it rained the water was leaking into my property. Adam also did a very bad job with the guttering pipes which were so bad that when it rained water was leaking like a tap and I had to apologise to my neighbours. I had to instruct a roofing surveyor who failed the inspection on 3 separate occasions. Adam kept saying that the job was done but would not compete the job until I had to get a solicitor to write a letter as I was until I had to get a solicitor to write a letter as I was willing to go to court. Still waiting for guarantee certificate for a long time.
